Cuddle Workshops

Come enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the company of nice and respectful people. Bilingual event FR/EN. Inclusive.

Why a Cuddle Workshop ?

Cuddles are great for us because they help our bodies release Oxytocin, Dopamine, Serotonin and Endorphins, which have a very positive effect on a person’s mood and help to restore the sense of physical well-being. But they are also just deeply relaxing and enjoyable. It’s also a way to create a connection with people you might not have met before.

The next Cuddle Workshop will be held on the 24th of September 2023, 12.30.

What is a Cuddle Workshop?

A Cuddle Workshop is a very specific concept, devided in several parts :

  • 30 mins for the arrivals. Changing into your cuddle clothes, getting to know each other while having some snacks.
  • Please note you should be precisely on time. Latecomers will not be accepted, in order to maintain the safe space.
  • Opening circle followed by a workshop during which we will talk about consent, practice asking for what you want, practice asking for consent, learn how to accept a “no”, learn how to feel what our boundaries are, and how to express them, discover different ways to touch, and build a healthy confidence in the group.
  • A free cuddle session. This is the moment people like the most, the absolute bliss. You will be allowed to cuddle as you like (as long as you respect the container we have established together) and only if you feel like it.

It’s very cool for beginners too, thanks to the definition of the concept. We first do exercises together in a very calm and quiet (almost silent) environment to break the ice and get to know each other/ be more confident.

During the entire workshop you will always be free to participate or not. I will always do my best to empower you to say “no”, if “no” is the best answer for you. Nothing is forced or mandatory, and nobody will judge you. Participate as much as you like. I’ll be facilitating the workshop, and will be taking care of every participant, and making sure you feel safe and at ease.

Important: LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED after 1PM, and this to guarantee the safest space possible. Once we have started I’ll explain the rules and you will not be able to join anymore. Tickets will not be refunded, nor shitfed to another date.

Consent

Consent is a key in platonic touch practices, which means you will always have to ask for consent before touching anyone in any way.

You never have to touch or to accept touch if you don’t want to! I’ll do my best to empower you in that direction!

Clothes stay on during the entire event and sexual touch/intent is NOT allowed. Hands stay outside of clothes all the time.
